License, Subcription and Fees

YieldBox operates on software solutions. We connect our trading algorithm software to a master account at a Tier-1 brokerage, which facilitates the execution of master account trades to individual client accounts, regardless of account size. Each Client has his own segregated account with its own back-office.

All trades are placed proportionally to the master account with a final multiplier factor to match the risk appetite of each individual client.

We are not a brokerage and do not have ownership in our brokerage partners.

 

Our compensation comes from a performance fee and a portion of the spread the brokerage charges per trade. Additionally, there is a small technology fee.

Our fees are highly competitive and transparent.

 

Our performance fee ranges between 5-20%, which is significantly lower than the market average. The performance fee are based on high watermark principles. If losses occurs we will not get any performance fee until the loss are regained.
